Most people who recommend green tea suggest about 3 - 5 cups a day. As far as I know you can't drink too much of it. I buy Lipton, but any brand will be fine.
If you haven't tasted green tea before be prepared because it is quite bitter. It is pretty much an acquired taste. When I drink it I usually add some lemon and honey. I have also brewed it with regular black teas to make iced tea. The brew: 2 black tea bags, 1 green tea bag. For iced tea I use a little splash of lemon and no sweeteners of any kind.
If you can't tolerate the flavor of the green tea you can also use green tea capsules. I buy mine from http://www.swansonvitamins.com.

I say teabags are superb for convenience,or steeping the leaves in case you have the time, yet while no longer and you utilize tea bags and you intend on utilising a great cup or glass to fill, use 2 teabags, and theres many sorts of eco-friendly tea,i in my opinion like eco-friendly tea with echinacea for while Im ill or irritating that i could get sick, the echinacea is stable for a sore throat and immunity and eco-friendly tea with jasmine is surely stable,I merely like the flavour of it.

You can drink as much or as little as you want. 0 calories... It's like water. As long as your not sensitive to caffeine.

Benefits are numerous including antioxidants, increasing metabolism, anti carcinogins, and energy. Plus good taste!

Any brand is good, it's all the same leaf!
