Well.... You should discuss it with your parents first. If they agree, convince them to move to Los Angeles, California, where everyone who is and wants to be famous lives. You'll have to go to auditions for movies, and get an important part in a good movie. After that, you'll get noticed by more people and you'll have a reference to get more parts. Little by little, you'll become successful.
It is very hard, though. But nothing is impossible
