You'd have an end to elective abortions of convenience (medical necessity, rape and incest would be exceptions).
The attack on religious symbols in public places would end.
You'd probably have some 'blue laws' return to effect (like not being able to buy liquor on Sunday).
The 9th Circuit Court would resign, en masse.

Which religious right are you speaking the ones that are in our White house saying they are so religious , they even talk to God and he tells them to go to Iraq and kill these people that haven't harmed use. If your speaking of the Evangeline like Pat Robertson
and the one that states Winkie Dinkie is gay a little children cartoon. There isn't much difference they all lie, so whichever the two will run in the state we are in at the moment. so, just take your pick.

All of our Congressmen would be GAY Dope fiends forced back into the closet. There would be absolutely nothing on TV after midnight except rebroadcasts of Pat Robertson. All of our children would be p'od about the all girl/all boy classrooms and the scratchy outfits they'd have to wear. Every household would be provided with it's own immigrant slave to do the yardwork. Our kids would be forced to enter the working world at age 12 in order to keep up with donation demands. Sales of cheap 14k gold crosses and chains would skyrocket. Bible study group would be a mandatory class for every grade level. Homosexuals would be burned at the stake. Farting will become a misdemeanor. Pre-marital sex will become non-existant. I
I'd be in Canada.

Enter emotional zealots....ie warring muslim nations.....Somalia, Ethiopia, Iraq...........It doesn't take long for egos to take over religious "right-eousness" ! Can you see our religious leaders gathering their "warriors" for their crusade to clean up America! Wann be told to wear a long skirt and hair or die? Fundamentalists would love that "spitting contest" ! Kliban the cat once said,"He who dies with the most toys wins." Uh-huh.

I think reviewing the history of the Salem Witch Trials might provide a very good example. I have no problem with religion in general, but I do not want to live under a theocracy.

The federal government would be violating the seperation of church and state by funding "faith based" programs and encouraging religious charter schools instead of fixing our public schools. We'd be on a second crusade in the middle east to rid the world of Islam and install puppet governments to comply with our wishes, we would have the president of the united states chiming in on whether or not an anguished husband has the right to let his brain dead wife off of life support...
Oh wait a minute hang on....

It would not be different, except perhaps, we might return the "health power" back to the individual states and allow them to regulate abortions.
We support the constitution and the freedom of all people (including the unborn and minorities).
An idea that we would turn the country into Gilead from the Handmaiden's Tale is a Leftist propaganda scare tatic.

It would be a theocracy...
We would lack rational thought, and many civil liberties would cease to exist.
BTW moltar, blue laws are still in effect (at least in the south).
