Geez, that's a mind-boggling question, however, it wouldn't make any differences, unless you'd like instantaneous actions to be done.
Doing Maths would be a hassle, you'd rely on mundane things such as snail mail, accounting and auditting would take aeons to finish and such the likes.
For the record, computers weren't necessarily invented for us; ordinary consumers, but were invented for scientific/military/commercial purposes, it was only then when apple and ibm suddenly had an idea- "Hey, what if we'd market computers for mass distribution?" Thus, evolving the need to mass-produce consumer-friendly computers. Then again, I'd like to quote an earlier answer from this thread. Life would be simpler in a harder (more spartan) way.
p.s. I'd wonder if there were no computers today, would Bill Gates be a Billionaire?

You won't have asked this question on yahoo answers and I have replied. Other than that life of most of us would have been just fine.
