I believe the majority speaker of the house is after the VP. That is why during a national tragedy (like 9/11) the speaker goes to a different secure location then the VP and president. After speaker I think it is President pro tempore of the senate, then secretary of State, Secretary of Treasury, Secretary of Defense, Attorney General....etc down the list of Secretaries.

After the VP it's the Speaker of the house soon to be Nancy Pelosi (D). After her its goes to the senator pro tempre who he will be I don't know but it will be a DEM. After that it falls to various cabinate secrataries like secretary of state or defense.
