An action replay is a device which allows you to cheat on some of the more popular games within the device's storage. Cheats include little things like infinate money, invincibility, stealth, etc... you plug it into the system and you go to the action repllay site then you use a transfer device to get it onto a memory card and then you put it into your ps2 memory back and bam you got haxorz, cheatzors, w/ezors.
