These herbal highs you can get off the net may be legal, but are they really safe? Can they be addictive and can they harm you? Can you overdose and what would happen if you did. What is really in them because they are definately not "herbal"

Kava Kava is a good buzz if you take enough of it. People in the South Pacific have known that for thousands of years. I dont think you can OD on it, but some people think if you take it for too long it can hurt your liver but thats true of alcohol.
The Kava buzz is kind of like a weak weed high. Mellow but no paranoia.

I've heard bad things about these so-called "legal highs". Some of the ingredients such as Belladonna have been known to cause psychosis or worse.

Just because something is herbal or "all natural" doesn't mean it's good for you. Crap is all natural, but I'm not going to ingest that!

Why bother with trying to get high? Is real life really so intolerable that you find yourself obsessed with finding a way to get high? If you concentrate on making your REAL life better, you won't need to get high to enjoy it.
