This figure has gone up in recent years following the construction boom in the US. You will therefore be never short of business.

It can be. Here in the Detroit area, home inspectors charge around $300.00 for an appraisal or home inspection as a condition of sale. Now, I'm sure someone gets a cut of that, but consider this: Even if you only got half of it and you only did 2 inspections per week, that's $1,200.00 to $1,500.00 extra in your pocket every month. Sound good?
