i live in liverpool in tuebook with my daughter and need somewhere asap that will accept dss

The local council will accept you with no problem. Areas like Liverpool have acres of empty flats. They will also provide a list of " accredited" landlords who will accept housing benefit. Try the local paper, ring some of the adverts, although they may not state whether they accept DSS, they may be grateful to get a tenant as there are too many landlords and not enough tenants. Remind them once you are in the system for HB their rent is guaranteed. Get a reference from previous landlord if possible stating that you are quiet, don'y hold wild parties , sell drugs etc.
