i think of foodstamps should be solely used for the purchase of food and food related items. condoms should be free of charge and readily available at any drug store or community center.
imagine the safety net this would provide; cutting down on the number of unwanted pregnancies and helping to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

I think that would be a great idea. Except that people get more food stamps the more children they have so people who have food stamps wouldn't buy condoms. Nice try though.

yes, sadly at the moment food is the only thing you can buy with food stamps, paper plates, and napkins and what not aren't allowed. so i doubt it will happen. which is sad because it could help lower the number of kids who's parents are collecting food stamps.

Why they can go to Planned Parenthood or the County Free Clinic and get them free!!!! Why should they want them if they don't use them they can get more food stamps.

Yes, then fewer ppl would be having babies that they either cannot afford or do not want. I think that is so sad.
