I went to see the movie DreamGirls and loved it. Is there anyone else out there that liked the movie also? What are some good things you like or didn't like about the movie?

I am going to see it next week and my coworker said that Effie stole the show. I can't wait to see it to draw up my own conclusions! :-) Also, I heard through some people that Beyonce performance although it was done well was not award nominated worthy. Please can you add in your details about Beyonce? Personally, I am a such a Beyonce fan that I would love to see her and Jennifer win an award. :-)

I liked the film but i wished they had focused a little bit more on effie and what happened in little vignettes during the success of the Dreams. the original cast said that this was basically about effie. and i also wish that there were more storylines for the supporting characters like lorrelle, jimmy,. the ending was good but it could have been a little bit more concerning curtis's discovery.

i watched the movie and yes i liked it but there were these girls almost next to me that would not stop screaming. effie(jennifer hudson) performance was really great. she had some of the greatest moments. beyonce i expected at the end not to get a trophy because she didnt act as much as i thought she would. eddie murphy was pretty good but he should stick with his own comedy of Dr. Doolittle. Overall i thought it was great.

I really enjoyed the movie. I hate to say but Beyonce better watch her back. Jennifer Hudson was a better actor than she was, and she has some pipes on her too!

I haven't seen it yet, but I heard it was really good from my friend. When she went, it was packed so I'm sure alot of people went to go see it last weekend. â¥
