I have new Burton Freestyle boots and K2 Cinch'05 bindings. The bindings seem too small for the boots - the straps are almost maxed out. This seems odd, considering I have med-sized feet (8.5)....

...Any words of wisdom?!?

I dont think it matters the brand of your bindings because its not about brand compatibility, it matters how it feels. If it doesnt feel right to you or it seems too small, tight, etc then it doesnt work.

If the boots don't seem to work well with the bindings and you can't return the boots you can see if you can get a new strap for your bindings. Sometimes you can get new straps that are longer and put them into the bindings you have. I just got K2 bindings and I have DC boots and I actually had to get a mens large binding because my boots were too big for a medium K2 binding. So it could be that their bindings run small also. Good Luck!!!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.

You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didnt get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.

It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out this video here: http://www.sexyjese.com - it will blow your mind.

I have Burton boots and Ride bindings and I feel like big foot. I'm not sure what it is about Burton boots. I'm sure they are made to be more compatible with their own bindings. My next pair definately won't be Burtons.

hold on... i have a question.. who the hell puts k2 bindings on a burton board... i thought burton made the three hole pattern to only fit burton bindings on a burton board. if the bindings are seperate.. absolutly dont get it. burton boards only fit burton bindings. if you buy this.. you need to be examined for brain damage.
