When you Boot the Laptop the first screen will tell you which BIOS you have on your laptop, Pheonix Bios, Apache Bios, Etc. Without Dissasembling the laptop to flash the Bios, it you edit your question and include which Bios and version you have, there are backdoor passwords provided by the bios manufacturers, and I can probably look it up for you. But I would need the Bios Name, and Bios Version.

There are BIOS password crackers, and knowing which bios you have will let you know which cracker you have to get. The other option is to remove the battery to your motherboard and short out the proper pins to reset your bios to manufacturers settings. Hard to do on a laptop.

IF you are tech minded, and know how to take laptops apart (& put them back togerther again :-) ), THEN ...
Make a note of all your BIOS settings.
Remove Battery. Remove casing & locate BIOS chip. There MAY be a little jumper marked 'CMOS RST' - or maybe not. If not, remove the little CMOS battery (flat nickel sized, usually CR3020 or similar) for an hour.
This will 'reset' the BIOS to the default (factory) settings, including the date & time.
