keep your daughter's interests as the priority and be honest with how all your actions will affect her...if he is a good dad than make sure she has time to see her...

problems between you two need to leave her out and anything that will affect her...see if you can go for mediation to deal with the other stuff...

Make sure you document EVERYTHING. When you take your daughter to see him, record the date, time, mileage on your car, everything that you can think of. Even keep reciepts from the gas stations or places that you may eat as possible evidence. If you really have some extra money, maybe you can hire a private dectective to dig up some dirt on him. I feel eventually that he's show his true colors. Your daughter will probably eventually see this too. Best of luck to you.

It is a very long process and can be quite costly to prove perjury. Plus it is very difficult to prove and can just make you look like a woman scorned.

As long as you are not vehemently opposed to him having more access, I would be agreeable to his application for a variation of the access terms. A judge will see this and dismiss any claim for costs he may be seeking based on your "interference."

If facilitating his access is becoming a pain for you, suggest you would consent to more vistation on the condition that the order incorpate he be responsible for pick ups and drop offs, or that a half way point be determined where you meet to exchange the child.

Get a lawyer.
Try the phone book and contact local law firm.
Ask if there is anyone that does pro bono work if you have no money.
Contact your state's department of domestic relations and ask them for reasonably priced an/or pro bono attorneys.

Evil women like you make me sick. I would never help you take children away from a good father.

Talk to your lawyer. At the least, he will lose his case. At most, he may lose custody.

BTW - You are obligated to drive the child at least halfway for visitation.

Why get him into trouble? It is his daughter too. God bless you and your husband.
