I don't get the point. Why would children eat worms? Or is this about mopane worms which people of all ages eat in SAfrica? but its biological name is Gonimbrasia belina, HArdly 13 letters.

And why would any doctor hate worms? Like, if there were no sick ppl, they would be out of their jobs, right?

And why 13 letters! I usually limit myself two 2 syllables, 4 letters. Infact I have a very colorful vocab as faras 4-letter words are concerned

Children eat gummy worms ... my grandson loves them! Yes, apparently it is a technical word for worm, but I couldn't find it in any dictionary either.

worms… bait to fishermen, parasites to doctors, “gummies” or candy to children.
However, I believe the word you are trying to get here is CHAETOGNATHAS which are arrow worms.
