What happens to yong gymnasts whose parents push to much?

Some parents expect so much out of these 6 and 7 year old girls. What will happen to these children if pushed to much.

some may develop eating disorders. between parental pressure and the pressure to be thin which is typical of the sport, these girls are prime targets for these deadly disorders.

I think they are the prime target for anorexia and bulimia. They feel that is the only thing no one can make them do-----eat. Part of them wants to disappear by starving.
