Person A, a white male, is applying for a job. Person B, who is less qualified but isn't a white male is applying for the same job. Person A's application is clearly cynically suppressing diversity in the workplace, and conflicting with person B's fundamental right to equality and his right to redress past wrongs perpetrated by distant male ancestors of person A. Person A is clearly to blame for all this, so any rights he may have should be waived and the job given to person B. Person A should be booted out of the door and a pack of hounds released to chase him down and punish him for his sins.
There, I believe this example pretty much sums up your "subject" of study.
