I am a American who just happens to be married to a Russian women and yes I have been to Russia 3 times and all 3 times I have been to Moscow, and Kazan where my wife is from well I have traveled a lot in Europe and love see diverse people and places, I also lived in Italy for almost 13 yrs but have been back to the USA now 6 years.
I like see all the sights weather it's war monument or going to a club at night. I also Love tasting the different foods from all over the world and the one thing I miss about Italy to this day is the food and the pasteries in the world.
One other thing getting to people and have most people understand know matter where we are from in the world we are all the same, our language might might be different and our culture might be different but we are all the same.

I lived in Russia for 4 years. I loved it. The people are great. Moscow (Where I lived) is good but like others have said it is a different place than the rest of Russia. Lots of history there, and despite the myths, great restaurants and great Russian food...you just have to know where to go.

I have been many times to Russia, mostly Moscow and Kazan. Lived in Moscow for a year and I now have an apartment in Kazan. But also went to St. Petersburg, Nizhnij Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Ekaterineburg, etc. Therefore difficult to say what I like. If I have to mention one thing, it is the people. They are great, welcomming and friendly. You can make friends for life!

I was born in Russia in Moscow. It is a very nice place to be and also great to hang out with friends in this big city. You can go to shopping, go to theaters, which I always enjoyed doing, or just walk down the park where lots of people gather. I enjoyed being there so much, I hope to be there once again.

I have been to Moscow, Petersburg, Volgograd, Perm, Tyumen, Yekaterinberg, Khabarovsk and Vladivostok and lived in Siberian Russia for a year.

I like the people, the culture and the weather most. I hope to move there permanently in a couple of years.
