Not easily upset. Generally positive attitude (not chemically induced! :-) ) . When people lack confidence, this makes them easily upset or agitated and more likely to lash out at the world.
Also, just because somebody appears to project confidence in one area doesn't necessarily mean that they are confident in all aspects of their life. The "know-it-all" may be hiding a deep-seated inferiority complex (I think this may be the issue with a certain somebody I know).

I like to think I am a confident guy. The first thing that comes to my mind is something some people love about me and others hate. I am exactly the same drunk as I am sober. In terms of behavior that is. Allot of people get drunk and then get confident. I tell the same stories, act the same way, and behave just as gentlemanly like sober as I do after a night at the bar.

Confidence has both a positive and negative aspect.
Positive: assured, willing to take risk, willing to try & try in spite of failure, ability to encourage others, staying power
Negative: Arrogant, opinionated, looks down on others not like themselves, impatient, domineering.
There are always 2 sides to everything.
