No is the short answer!
The long answer is that they had an affair well over a year ago, then Matt Hardy found some either text or voice messages from Adam on Amy's phone, split from her and badmouthed them all over the web.
Vince McMahon saw the incredible amount of aggro this caused and thought hey, i will keep them together as a major heel couple!!
But, in my humble opinion, the whole storyline went on for WAY too long, and apart from a few squash matches Lita (Amy) never really wrestled to her full potential again - what a waste of a great talent!

They used to be an item in real life. Lita/Dumas cheated on Matt Hardy with Edge/Copeland when Hardy was on the DL for a few months and not traveling with the WWE. That is the whole reason for the Edge & Lita vs. Matt Hardy angle.

They did have an affair but i heard edge is married and so is Lita so i think they were only together because they were under contract together saying they had to be!!!!

no they split soon after the love triangle was revealed on Matt Hardy's website but agreed to stay together in the story line because of the immense heat they were getting
