how does Adbrite really work?

Im asking about the web site adbrite, i know about there cost-per-click thing..but how much does it cost? and can someone explane to me how it works?

it works like this once you want to but something you just click it and have to out in creid card info and your crap should come in a couple of weeks deoanding on the order
