My fiance LOVES when I b.low him (big surprise right?) but he's of the type that it seems impossible to make him c.um by just doing that. I've known some guys who have said "you'll never make me c.um doing it" but I've always proven them wrong, not this time! Use a moderate amount of suction, lots of tongue on the bottom of the shaft, and stroke with the hand using a twisting motion. Don't do it too fast, just slow to moderate strokes. Run the fingernails lightly under the balls.
