He should take a year off & then return to a new team. He is an excellent coach and needs a new challenge.

He has gone to the AFC Championship game with Neil O'Donnel, Kordell Stewart & Ben Rothlisberger - 3 of the most mediocre quarterbacks in the NFL in the past 2 decades. Not giving this guy enough money will ruin the franchise. But maybe he doesn't care for the money and just wants time off. Try to get him to be an elder statesman for a young coach then. Like Lee Kuan Yew in Singapore

He will retire, but come back probably to another team in a couple of years. Being from Pittsburgh it is all I hear about, time to move on and watch the Penguins while we still have them in town.

Please Bill, go to Miami. Pittsburgh is a crappy place. You got another 5-10 years in sunny south florida. Plus, it is a major market. Please Bill, please...
