In the past, he has refused to say what his plans are in Iraq. I'm hoping he outlines the plans.
Fortuately I have found the plans after a little bit of digging.
This is what's left:
Less than 15% more infrastructure projects are left to be done.
The Iraqi president has stated that the police and soldiers should be trained by June of 2007.
The goal is to have handed all of Iraq back to Iraq's government before the second quarter of 2008. So far three of 18 providences have been handed back to Iraq.

I see no more mass military missions, since the rest can be handled by advisors.

The BBC has reported that the theme is going to be "sacrifice."

Which of course immediately raises the question of what exactly the Bush family will sacrifice.

something like this... "In order to secure a new Iraq, we will have to adjust our stategy. My advisors have informed me that we need more troops in Iraq to win this war. Our military is overtaxed now, so we will have to get 100,000 young men from our civilian forces. I want to make one thing perfectly clear, this is not a draft, as (D)Charles Rangel advises, this is getting young men in this country to do their part in the security of this great nation. Through our "selective service," our nations youth will take part in the defense of Amercia, "selective service" notification letters will be sent out shortly. Thank You and God bless Amercia.......

I'm the deciderer and I decide things. Don't misunderestimate me. I'm also not very analytical. You know I don't spend a lot of time thinking about myself, about why I do things. I don't know where Bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority.
