There are many websites that you can download free music, I use www.limewire.com, and I'm really satisfied with it
You can look for other sites though, just go on goggle and type "free music download" and you should find many other sites.

You have to wonder why anyone would give away free music. I am not aware of any legal ways to get free music that is any good.
