If you are raising money for charity, you should print up a flyer explaining what you're doing and why. Contact a local supermarket and see if they will let you set up a table in their store one weekend.

If you're doing it as a way to earn money for yourself try contacting businesses where people are likely to gather for a period of time and where your candy won't be competing with their products: laundromat, car repair garage, hair salon. Make sure you are presentable when you approach the business about selling on or near their premises.

I doubt you are going to sell enough candy around your neighborhood to make a difference by yourself. You would need to sell in a lot of neighborhoods. People generally don't appreciate someone knocking on their door asking for money unless it is for a good cause. Is this to raise money for something? Or just for yourself? If you need money, get a real job. If you are too young, talk to your parents and they can sign a form to give you consent.

Go to where the people are! It will take to much time going door to door so stand in front of the grocery store or somewhere else there are lots of people.

Where is your neighborhood? It sounds like you are in Swaziland or something like that. Is English your native language? Why candy? Not reaching very high are you?
