I have found using natural products to be really effective. The way i see it is that if i wouldn't want it in my body, why put it on my face? I have used a variety of natural ranges, Weleda, Lush products (great if you are on a budget), Burts Bees. I am currently using the Liz Earle range (www.lizearle.co.uk). It's aims are to make your skin clear, radiant and healthy. I love their products - they are simple, easy to use and not too expensive. Their customer care is fantastic, and if you call them they offer loads of advice on what products are best for you.
I know some people think natural products are a waste of time, and i am not one of those eat only organic, wear hemp type of people, but i really believe it helps. I have had so many comments about how lovely my skin is from complete strangers, so it must be doing something!

If you have the funds - a good dermalogica facial every couple of months - they do face mapping and extraction - it's excellent. They have salons everywhere. Drinks at least 2 litres of water a day - they say you can scrimp on cleanser but buy the best moisturiser you can afford. Especially this time of year keep it well moisturised!

One way would to drink plenty of water, but also take vitamins and eat healthy food, along with washing your face everyday and using a face mask at least twice a week depending on if your skin is oily or dry.

If you have acne, buy Proactive Solutions. I hardly need any make up anymore. Find a oil free moisturiser for your skin and apply at bed time and morning. Keeping your skin clean and moisturized is key!

Drink water, exfoliate with a body scrub twice a week, and fish oil supplements will aid in skin moisture retention and elasticity.
