In arabic son is (ابن) or (ولد) .. if you refer to (my Son) it's (بُنيّ) or (ولدي) ..
I'm not sure if you can read the arabic symbols.. but i can mail it to u as an image if you want.

For japanese symbols.. i could only find this site.. but i can´t tell you how acurate it is..
