Billionaire will be always accepted and adored, regardless of his/her sexual preference and source of money (as far it is legal). But above all, if you are a billionaire why would you care?

I don't really know what you mean by accept. If he earned a billion dollars, by definition he would have an incredible fan base that would have to include most people. Therein he would be accepted. If your asking if that person will ever exist, I would say no.
