You could leave your hair down to camouflage them, or wear big earrings to make your ears look smaller. Not wearing earrings will also not draw much attention to your ears. Whatever you do, don't wear small studs.
Big ears are much better than some other things I could think of, right now. So, be grateful....

Wear long earrings to elongate your neck and ppl wont notice your ears.
Or, you could wear larger hoops to try and attract attention away from your ears.
You could wear your hair longer and in front of your ears.
Also, how old are you? You may not be done growing and things could balance out.

grow your hair out. Plus, ears are like handle bars, so they aren't all that bad......you have to have them to hang on! lol

i have big ears too. but it doesnt bother me. i just put my hair down to cover them. but it doesnt really bother me.

Just go have your breast enlarged to about - say - 38 D -
people will not notice your ears any more - problem solved !
