Second, we would have gave him a lethal injection... twice, because the first time would have been botched and he would not have died.
Otherwise, little difference. Ultimately he would have died, and little would have changed as a result.

He would be in prison a long time before he would be executed. Also, he wouldn't have been hung, he would have gotten a lethal injection or the chair.

he could have been injected with the mussle relaxer that quickly kills you, there are many things that could have been done, he was in U.S custody and the U.S was with him until the point of being brought in for execution.....
