What happens when electrons of a chlorophyll molecule are raised to a higher energy level?

They either fall back to the chlorophyll molecule (fluoresce) or go down an electron transport chain (photosynthesis).

The electron is transferred through some electron carriers and pumps to insert H+ into chloroplast and produse ATP and NADPHH+,the electron had came from water by converting H2O to O2 and H+
