They either fall back to the chlorophyll molecule (fluoresce) or go down an electron transport chain (photosynthesis).

The electron is transferred through some electron carriers and pumps to insert H+ into chloroplast and produse ATP and NADPHH+,the electron had came from water by converting H2O to O2 and H+
