If you bought ir recently, there is a Word wizard for labels, just input your label number name and word will set it up automatically.

Good Luck

If you have Microsoft word, there is a way to create labels in any printer.

Open up Microsoft word and go under the tools menu bar and choose labels. You will get an information box where you can choose what labels to use. Choose your brand and number of labels and then hit the OK button. From here you can enter the address information on the labels.

Once you are ready to print, just stick the labels in your printer and print. Using the template that Word creates already formats the text so it will fit in the boxes.

Just a note, I would suggest that you make sure your text is away from the edges of the label box. When you print, there is almost always a shift of the paper and if your text is too close to the edges, then there is a chance that your text can get cut off.

You can also go into the help menu in word and do a search for labels. That will give you a more detailed explination.

MS Word comes out of the box with templates for almost ever popular Avery label out there. All you have to do is select envelopes/labels from Word, and select the type of Avery label you have. Your page will be broken down into cells that resemble the actual label sheet, as every cell represents a label. Also, Avery labels come with software that enhances Word by adding a plugin for Avery labels.
