If they had just a slight b.o then no I would not because well...stuff happens and perhaps they know that they threw on dirty clothes this morning. BUT...if they smelled like they had not showered in quite a while...then yes I would. But I would say it in a way as not to make them feel how they smell!(:

I worked with a middle-aged woman and she had a real awful body odor problem when she got nervous. Instead of saying anything, I held my breath. When the odor became too overwhelming, I went over to her desk to try to calm her down. That usually helped. If it didn't, I was trapped since the windows in the office were always locked. A real, foul, smelly body odor. Vicious. Yet I held my peace and said nothing.

It's hard but if the situation was bad enough then yes, I would tell them somehow. If they were a good friend then they would want to know, if just an acquaintance then telling them hardly matters one way or the other.

It would depend on two things
1.) How well do I know them? Are they a good friend or just an aquaintance?
2.) Do I like the person?
If I don't like them I would just let them stink. If they're not a good friend I wouldn't feel comfotable bringing it to thier attention.

I don't know about that, but i can tell you that if someone has a very offensive odor that you could let them know by presenting them with a bar of soap. If they ask "whats this for?" You tell them, "It's for washing yourself, LOOK INTO IT!!!" Anyone who cannot take that kind of hint is beyond your help

It depends. If it was one of my students, ...no. If it was a family member or friend, yes. If a stranger--no way--I would just run away. Of course, you could be passive aggressive and wear nose plugs.
