Did I somehow get blown into the Land of OZ. Am I hearing Rush saying that mistakes were made? Are they really saying that the war was a mistake? My mind is all aflutter. I can't be hearing right. The masters of right wingnut propaganda are melting before my eyes. Please God, make it stop.

You liberals are funny. Sad and delusional, but funny. Right wingnut? I think I like that one.

To answer you question, Rush has been critical of the handling of the war for a long time, as have others. But not for the same reasons liberals are critical of it. You just haven't been paying attention. Largely conservatives have been critical of the excess political correctness with which it has been executed; that it has been hampered by liberal hand-wringing from the beginning.

Liberals on the other hand seem to oppose it for two reasons. One, they hate the President, and hate and appose anything he does. Or two they are under the delusion that one can negotiate with fanatics. Or both.
