The Rangers every time they play home. There is nothing like it.

The Aves were loaded back in the late 90's, there's no doubt they were the best ticket to watch that time. The Sabres by far are the most exciting to watch this season, they just toy with the opponents and can turn it on most anytime. The Oilers in the 80's easily, and the Habs in the early 90's are my votes.

I've only been watching hockey for about 8 years, but I have to say I have always loved Sabres-Leafs games, and watching the Sabres go to the finals in '99 and the Eastern Conference Finals last year rank up there in my hockey memories. Oh, and just because I'm crazy, I think watching my college's Division III hockey team cruise to first in the SUNYAC League last season and their awesome record this season is pretty fun, too!

I am currently a fan of one of my friends whose on a farm club right now, but my all time favourites? I have two..and I LOVE THE competion between the Wings and the Leafs!!!
I remember when the Wings won the first cup with Stevie Y, and my son was on the sofa bed watching the game, poor little guy age 7 at the time fell asleep and missed the last 2 minutes of the game and the presentation of the Stanley Cup!!!
2nd and 3rd time we watched it, the neighbours, kids, everyone were in the streets banging pots and pans together ...yes we Canadians love our hockey!!!! I wish it was year round without the political junk that the players have to go through :('
Thank Goodness we have DON CHERRY!
I drove to Michigan the next day and bought him a newspaper b/c they were all sold out!!! EVERYWHERE!....

I would say it's a tie between the Buffalo Sabres and the Pittsburgh Penguins, at least at the present moment.
Watching Crosby and Malkin light up the ice, along with players like Armstrong checking people to death and Jordan Staal making terrific short handed goals. Add in the exciting speed and greatness of our goal tender Marc Andre Fleury, it's pretty much a no brainer.
For Buffalo, I love seeing their speedy players like Briere making fantastic plays. Their goal tender is awesome as well. I will never forget the playoff's of 2005-2006 when the Sabres played against the Flyers. A Sabres player completely laid out R J Umberger. I don't remember who hit him, but it was one sick bump. I thought Umberger wouldn't get up from that hit.

the 70's with Orr, Espo, Dryden, Lafleur, Clarke and the list goes on and there teams Habs, Bruins, Flyers great hockey to watch.
then there was great games throughout the 80's with the Islanders, Oilers, Canadiens and the Flames even the Bruins where in the finals a few years. But the most exiting team to watch today is the Habs for sure, if you ever get to watch there game you would cry cause of the excitement they bring to every single game. they never give up.
GO HABS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Last year it was Carolina Hurricanes. They were actually good and almost unbeatable. But now they have lost most of their key players. And they need to find a good solid goalie.
This year Buffalo is veery good. What is more exciting than their record. Thats really good. Even though i am not a big fan of that team though.
