yes, because it's one of the three major sports. also when the college world series is on it gets high ratings. so if a station such as espn were to broadcast games, especially elite teams, the ratings would be high.

No, I actually don't believe college Baseball should get the same treatment as college football and basketball because in football and basketball, really good college players go to the pros and make an impact. Wheras in college baseball, a really good player might get drafted and make it to Single A, but then he'd have to climb up to Double A and Triple A and then the pros before anybody really knows him. If college baseball were a big thing in the country, people would probably forget some really good college player's name by the time he actually gets to the big leagues.

Ofcourse it should get the same treatment as football or basektball. Baseball is americas past time and if you love baseball then y not show College baseball, every college game is more exciting to watch becasue the players actually try. they r fighting fro there chances to get far and to not show the greatest game every on national televison is wrong screw putting the games on ESPN U put them on ESPN and ESPN 2 and ABC w/e channel college baseball is awesome and it should get the same treatment as fball and basketball

The reason why they don't get a lot of attention is that only 10 percent of them make the majors. It has always been hard for them to make the majors, but now there are many more talented players coming from the Dominican republic, Cuba and now japan. In football and and basket ball the popular teams(shown on TV) their players are drafted and make the roster.

I think fewer people are interested because of the longer gap between college baseball and the major leagues. Other sports draft players directly from college and into the highest level of competition, instead of sticking them in the minor leagues for a few years. They have more immediate ramifications for their professional equivalents, which draws more interest.

More people will take interest when they start using wood bats. This isn't the little league world series.

if the go to wood bats, expect intrest to increase. Howevr, its more expensive and I don't see them doing it for safety reasons.
