get a job on a cruise ship - they take on anyone from baby sitters to deck hands, depending on your interests and abilities... cousin of mine does this and loves it.

No you dont... I promise you dont.
First thing to remember : Despite what Hollywood may show you, no one is going to send you anywhere to have a good time or go sightseeing.
Make the most of what you see through the taxi window.
Everyone else will think you are having a ball of course. Especially your girlfriend or wife (or both...who knows?)
So while they think you are hanging around bars, chasing women, on the beach, whatever.....you will probably be working your 8th consecutive 14 hour day.
Oh yes, you will likely be instructed not to leave your hotel room in case of abduction (your company will not be paying any ransom).
You get to know airport departure lounges by their smell....and where the most comfortable chairs are when your flight is delayed for another 12 hours.
You get to Atlanta and your luggage in Milan etc etc which means you learn quick where to buy replacement underwear/socks/shirts....in as many languages.
Been doing it a long time.....and I wouldnt change a thing. lol

english teacher is the easiest and most high demand. You only need a 4 yr degree in ANYTHING to teach in a lot of countries if you are a native English speaker. Red cross or peace corp too. Doctors are always welcome anywhere. Other possibilities- buisiness, interpreter, hospitality and tourism, tour guide etc,
It may seem romantic to live in the woods for a little while, reality would be a crowded refugee camp with atrocious food and horrid smells that quickly loses it's charm.

One of the best jobs I ever heard of was a girl I met who was a buyer for a wine company.
She travels round the world to places like California, South America, Australia, Italy and France tasting the wines in each place.

You could join the military. You could go to the Peace Corps. International business. Even teaching and medical work could allow you to travel.
