Okay well my friend is having a fashion/spa bday partyand i need to get her something...have any ideas but i dont want to spend more than 20$$$$...

Perhaps some manicure/pedicure kits, facial lotions, candles, bath crystals. Buy a cute little basket and fill it with items associated w/the party.

something spa themed too ^_^ Like bubble bath and nice smelling lotion, nail polish, perfume, the whole worksand put it in a little bag.
Another good idea is to buy some beads and string and make her a cute bracelet or necklace (you can make and identical one for yourself too)
Or, you can get her a charm bracelet and a couple of charms
Or chocolate,
mix and match my ideas, you may be able to get her more than you think for under 20$
