Yes. Zicam is pretty good. I also like Alka Seltzer cold and flu and never forget NyQuil and Afrin - nose spray. The last two I have been addicted to so be careful.

I felt a scratch in my throat last Friday night, ran out and bought some and started in on it. It's now Wednesday and I've been pretty miserable. Since colds usually last me about 2 weeks, I won't know for awhile but so far, I don't see much difference. But it's fairly cheap so worth a try.

I have not tried that one. I have tried Cold MD. It worked really good for me. Got me feeling better in a day, plus resting and drinking lots of juice and stuff. Not expensive at all. Should be able to find it at Wal-Mart or your local drug store. Hope you feel better.

I absolutely love it. But make sure you take it right after your first cold symptoms. It works alot better. At $10 a bottle, you want to get it right the first time around.

worked for me. I came down with a sore throat on Sunday, had a cold on Monday, took Zicam Monday night and was better by Wednesday.

For some it works very well. For me, I sneezed 13 times in a row. I would say spend the money on it. Because if it works for you you will be happy that you bought it.

I tryed the one where you squirt in your nose yes it worked but I started to lose my sense of smell since then I have not got back to that at all it look 3 years to get my sense of smell back to normal .

Zicam rocks! As long as you take it the first minute you know your're getting sick, and take it as directed, it works pretty well.
