It's ok, buddy. Go ahead a cry a little if you need to. Then pull yourself back up and do something to improve your situation. YOU are the boss of you. In other words, you get to decide what you will allow into your life, your ears, your eyes, your thoughts, etc. Only listen to and watch things that make you feel better, not bring you down. Fix up your apartment with the colors you like and with pics on the walls, textures, etc. that bring comfort and ease to your spirit. Avoid people who are difficult or bring you grief.
Mostly, remember that you are responsible for taking care of you. So take good care of yourself. If you were responsible for the well-being of another person, what would you do to make sure that person was in optimum condition possible? Whatever those things would be, apply them to yourself.
Also, it is not possible to be a total failure. Look at the power you have! Here I am, responding to you, a total stranger. There is at least one success of the day for you! and I am sure there are and will be other sucesses today.

Really, make your environment the way you want it. It will help, plus its fun to plan and do. If you were my neighbor, I would be putting on my old painting clothes right now and we would be coloring your world, moving around some furniture, and getting some stuff done!

-You need a change of scene. Go do something. Activity. It really helps. Break the negative cycle by doing something different right now. Go outside. Go to the store. Go clean out your car, or do 10 or 15 leg lifts or jumping jacks. Do it right now.
-Crying is really not a bad idea. It clears the system. Go ahead and cry for a little while if you need to. It might make you feel a better when you are done.
-Plus stop focusing on failure. You are like any human being, all of us have some successes and some failures. When you start thinking negative thoughts, just say "stop it" to yourself. Say it out loud if you have to. Strange as it sounds, it seems to work.
-I am glad you exist. If you didn't, I wouldn't be trying to think of a good answer right now.
-Be nicer to yourself. That is your assignment.

He're what you do. Sit back and write down all the bad things in your life, then all the good things. Then compare that to the average person in say, Iraq. Count your blessings and try to take comfort in that. See how many of the bad things you can elimintate from your life. Definitely seek professional help. You're not alone.

Hi, I know some time people don’t know any reason but he or she want to cry. If you feel like this in these days than cry, don’t stop your tears. Think about your bad days and cry too much. After one hour you will feel relax. And than thing on positive issues. See life is very hard we don’t have joy in our life we are catch them from our life from our time. So if you thing again, don’t think about anything just do what ever you want. If you want to cry, go to your room and close the door and just cry. Thant’s end.

I think maybe you are depressed DID something really bad happen or COULD something really bad happen?
Since you are felling lonely call some of your friends or family and have a nice convorsation, not involving anyones problems.

it sounds like you are stuck in a rut,you need to talk to someone who is close to you about this.Maybe you need a change of scenery,a differant job,a better companion,talk to someone about how you feel.
