i missed one pill cause i lost it 5 days ago so i took the next one,iv carryed on taking them till yeasterday and today,but now im thinking that i missed the day before that as well and im not sure if i did.my pill packet so mucked up i dunno what todo

Take one a day till you finish your packet - AND USE CONDOMS TILL AFTER YOUR NEXT PERIOD.

Well dont take more than one pill. That will really mess up your body. Just keep taking them DAILY and figure out when your "off/period" week begins and start taking the period pills then. If there are extra non-period pills then just throw them away. The most important thing is to keep your body on a schedule. And since you missed days use protection for a week or two just to be safe.

Are all the pills the same colour, except for the sugar pills? If so, keep taking one of the active pills every day until you get to Saturday (or whichever day your pack starts on , then start a new pack. You'll just skip this period which is fine. Keep taking them regularly and use extra protection like condoms until you have taken at least seven days of active pills.
I take my pill at noon everyday. I usually keep them in my wallet, and have a reminder alarm on my cellphone. If I leave them at home, I'm usually home by six, so I'm not too late taking it when I get home.

Unless the packs have changed in the last year or two, they used to have the days on the back of the pack to help you remember when to take them.
If your packets are the same, I suggest you take mondays on monday etc, and then u will know if u have forgotten a day.Also, you sshould be taking them at the same time every day, either at night or in the morning not both.
In the meantime, if you think you have forgotten one or even two, I suggest you take extra precautions until your next period "just in case"
If you keep forgetting to take them, I should go back to the doctor/family planning advisor and try another type of contraceptive.

Just keep taking them every day at the same time from now on & in 7 days time you should be covered again.

if you miss two days in a row, you have to start over with a new pack. if you took one in between missing two days, just keep tkaing them and use backup for 7 days.
Try the Nuva Ring, you won't have this problem!!!!

just keep on taking them like your doc. said, get you one of those pill boxes that everyday of the week on it.
