my fathr gv al fr 14yrs 2 save my mariage n fly prestige,as i ws only child.He ws a criminal involvd in al frauds,wnt to jail twice,ws used 2 al vices.He kidnapd his own son twice 2 extract mony frm my dad.He beat me evryday fr money n ask me 2 sign 2 blank papers one fr my will,othr suicide note.I dn't slep fr14yrs bcos of fear.Again vn involvd in a major bank fraud,do or die i askd fr divorce..he broke my skull, stabed in the chest and abdomen n tried 2 strangle me with extension cord sayng if i cant feed him i shuld nt live,he left me fr dead bt i survived n gt my divorce on criminal grounds.Al thru hv strugled hard fr fly n bring up my son.Now my son is going fr his mastrs abroad.He's sn n undrstands al the strugle fly wnt thru becos of the criminals activities.my son n me hv gone thru hell,2day only bcos of our own efort we r in beter stage,child has been thru trauma nw he doesnt wnt the crimnals name in fathrs column,authorities say no provision to remov. We beg fr hlp n guidence

I have full sympathy for you & your son but the legal position regarding removal of fathers name is very clear as told to you by the passport authorities. Even the courts will not be help in this regard. Whatever wrong he has committed against you & the society can give get him punishment but the mere fact he was your husband & father of your son this fact you cannot deny. With full sympathy for you & your son you people will have to bear his name in the passport.

u have to see a lawyer first , second ur son can take ur name and change it abroad and when he comes back home he can start using his new name , in the USA we can change our name i don't know the way it is over where u are but hopefully where ur son is studying will work for him good luck
