Has anyone else had this problem? This is a Subaru Forester 2007

Take the car to the dealership, this is a problem THEY must take care of. It looks like the wheel well insert or even the alignment of the tire or struts may be wrong, especially since the car is brand new.

I had a 2004 outback impreza that did the same thing.. ONly solution I found was to park it in a garage once a week or so and let them thaw out.. Also, has your gas tank door frozen shut yet? That happened to me many times..

Yup.... There is nothing wrong with your car. Let it melt out or chip it out every now and again. You can also go to a coin operated car wash and use the high pressure hot water to blast it out.
