Both parties need to offer us better candidates but WE are the political system and we get what we ask for. Many of us are happy if some candidate panders to us by saying something we like but in fact they try to be all things to all people and end being very little to anyone. I am a lifelong Democrat and I am aware that Republicans get elected President becaue we offer such weak and wacky candidates. We have had a lot of Repub Presidents in the last few decades. Rather than take comfort by bashing Bush who is afterall Pres because WE failed to offer better, we need to revamp and reform our party so that it represents enough of the American voters to get elected. Red state, blue State. Lets do better and quit whinning.

Yeah, a year ago, I would have said Hillary, too. But by now, I think George and his Bush league have fractured the Republican coalition so badly that it's very likely that the Democrats will win no matter who is nominated. So, Hillary is not so appealing anymore. I'm more interested in a moderate voice. Bill Richardson sounds most reasonable, and is more likely to support Bill Clinton-like policies. (Obama also seems honest, although a little bit to the left of where I'd like.)

Thing1 for the Republicans
Thing 2 for the Democratics

Neither party will put up the people they should or the best the party has to offer. It will be pure politics as normal.

The Executive seat is a job that should go to respected and competent business leaders and Generals!--Not Congressional Lawyers who specialized in Constitutional Law or ones that pardoned the FBI's most wanted corporate criminal(Mark Rich)!

That said and fully explained-
Republicans-Colin Powell and Condi Rice-McCain and Giuliani both blew it big time with their idiot support of the invading illegals!!!

Democrats-Billory and Obasama!!!! Yeah, that's your ticket!!!

LMFAO!!!!

Rat has spoken! (Applause)

I'll start to care some time is 2008. Then I'll look to see who best represents my views then vote for that person. I can tell you who I won't vote for: Dennis Kucinich or Hillary.

obama is a muslim. how can he expect to win? for the dems they better come up with someone besides him or hilary or they'll lose again. biden thinks he might can win it- we'll see.
for the reps, i think guiliani could win, if he wants it bad enough. mccain isn't charismatic enough, but he could destroy hilary in a debate
