You could have a bacterial infection in your stomach such as Helicobacter pylori. You could have a peptic ulcer. You should see a doctor as it could be something worse.

Please see a doctor right away. It is not normal to feel nauseous that long.

There are many reasons for this to happen.
1. if you have chcnged your method of birth control, the chemical change and the hormone change in your body can make alot of difference in how you feel emotionally and physically.
2. Stress will also play a big factor
3. Indigestion
4. If I have too much caffeine from coffee or soda, that will also make me feel pretty sick to the stomach

My last birth control pills made me feel as if I were pregnant. I had every side effect of pregnancy but I wasn't pregnant. So it might be that.

Maybe beacause you have the flu. You might not always be pregnant.
