Yes. Even though the child is created in a test tube, it still forms a placentia around the fetus. The umbilical cord connects the child to the placentia, which in turn implants in the womb.

Yes. "Test tube baby" just means that the egg and the sperm were united in a test tube, not through sex. The cell that becomes the baby is implanted in the woman's uterus. The belly button is where the umbilical cord used to be.

Lol of course they would silly. Test tube babies are just like you and me, and they arnt made in a tube, they are in a ladys stomach and have the umbilical cord just like everyone else.
