The person is saying that God/Jesus is with him each and every day. No proof is needed to show him God is with him daily, because deep in his heart he knows God is with him. Each day events happen that show this person God is with him and no one can take that away from him.
This person also wants to get to know God better, because he's living in him (in his spirit). Through all the good and bad, God is the best thing to happpen to this person and no one will ever take that away from him, ever. God is his Saviour! This person's light in this dark world.

If I were a religious person, And I am not..I would say it is about how you feel when you let Jesus in your heart and your life and no one or nothing can ever take that away from you..And that makes you feel wonderful and full-filled in your life here on earth..s
