I have to be honest, Mr. Lipiew. It wouldn't make much sense to construct a two story brick structure, with over two dozen outlets, and overlook the application of ground. The installation of the three prong outlets, requires by electrical code, that a source of ground exists.
In addition, your apparent ability to diagnose household circuitry suggests that you already have the skills to appropriately answer your own question. How did you come to the conclusion that the structure hasn't any outlet ground?
Projected cost of grounding your outlets will vary in cost, if indeed, the need is there. Some things to confirm first:

1) What are the Romex specifications that was originally installed? 2-wire...2-wire w/ground?

2) Has the wiring been installed in conduit or attached onto framing?

3) When viewing breaker box wiring with the faceplate removed and main power shut off, are there visible ground connections?

Without further information, all that I can recommend is that you purchase a basic electrical manual from the hardware store and scan the section on household ground and the appropriate applications. The manual is a treasure trove of knowledge for people who ask questions like this. Good luck!

You can either ground the outlet or change the outlet to a GFI outlet.
I had to do this in my home.

Look in the yellow pages for a Master Electrician .. Find out if they give free estimates ... Find as many as you can and compare prices ... Then if you liked one in particular , ask them to come back and see if they will lower their price to the competitors . Good luck ... They may be up to $100 per drop

Given your ability at spelling, and your choice to ignore the built-in spellchecker, I wouldn't try to do it yourself.
