Paris Hilton would go mad for the lack of sex, and Britttney Spears wouldnt survive long without the cameras, and lights, and makeup. So it is hard to tell.

Even though Britney wears less (we think who knows for sure lol) anyway, I would still say Britney would survive for 2 reasons. She is fatter. More body mass would keep her a live longer. and #2 is she just had a baby so she could survive on her own breast milk. Paris is a wafe and would melt away to nothing and there wouldnt be any food for her.
